But most disturbingly, his predictions about the safest places after an apocalypse coincide with the favorite destination of American billionaires: New Zealand.
In fact, by 2021, more than 5,700 square kilometers of land in the country had passed into the hands of foreign citizens. In the rest of the world, according to the Dobsonian map, the scenario is not so hopeful.
