Retired Marine claims to have spent more than 15 years on Mars (video)
In addition to claiming that humans have visited Mars in the past, retired officer Randy Cramer, who initially used the pseudonym Captain Kaye, also believes that we have built a secret space program and a flotilla that travels through space.

When it comes to space, Mars, and the secret documents that connect the two, there seem to be two stories spreading across society.
The first is that we haven’t visited Mars, there’s still a lot of work to be done and our technology is still relatively primitive. The other, which has received support from many people over the last ten years, is the complete opposite.
Who is telling the truth here is the key question. And would it be absurd to believe that we inhabit Mars as a result of secret space programs?
The five human settlements were supposed to be protected from life forms native to Mars, according to “Captain Kaye”, a former US Marine stationed on the red planet for years.
He served for three years on a huge spacecraft carrier, in addition to spending years on Mars.

The objective of Cramer and his crew, assigned to a special division of the United States Marines, was to protect the life of five newly founded colonies on the surface of Mars.
Military recruiting for the Earth Defense Force, another secret military branch, comes from nations such as the United States, China, and Russia.
Furthermore, Cramer claims that his training took place on the Moon, in a secret facility known as the LOC, or Lunar Operations Command, on Titan, a moon of Saturn, and even in outer space. According to the former Marine, not only do we have the technology to go to Saturn and outer space, but Mars is a planet teeming with life.
Randy Cramer claims that the technology used by the space fleet is far more advanced than that found on Earth. The unique propulsion technologies of many spacecraft allow the space fleet to travel easily to the outer reaches of our solar system.
The propulsion systems, according to Cramer, employ fission- and fusion-powered thrusters, room controllers, and anti-gravity technology, advances that helpful “grey aliens” gave humans.
According to Mr. Cramer, Mars is home to two native species: “The reptilians and the insectoids, both of which are extremely intelligent. The Reptilians are a considerably more aggressive species that will use any means necessary to protect their territory. Insectoids are more docile, but equally intelligent and competent.
Several scholars, such as Dr. Brandenburg, who even claims that extraterrestrial entities engaged in a nuclear war on the red planet and that we can now discover proof of this, endorsed the idea that Mars is a world capable of sustaining life.
The Doctor. Brandenburg claims that the massive nuclear attack slaughtered the prehistoric Martians, also known as Cydonians and Utopians, and that even today there is evidence of the genocide.
According to scientists, there are very large remnants of Xenon-129 on Mars and the only process we know of that produces Xenon-129 is a nuclear explosion.
Dr. Brandenburg said, pointing to Utopia on a map, “Two great calamities have befallen Mars,” in an appearance on the broadcast with Supreme Master TV.
Cydonia was directly at the center of an asteroid collision here and another here. It makes no sense. Why would there be so much bad luck in a region of Mars that happens to have archeology?
Captain Kaye claims that he is making every effort to collect highly classified documents that support his narrative, although he has no tangible proof to back it up.
Captain Kaye’s statement and Michael Relfe, another whistleblower who claims to have spent 20 years on Mars, agree on some points.
