Time Travel and Project Pegasus: Andrew Basiago claims DARPA sent him back in time to Gettysburg
ANDREW BASIAGO CLAIMS THAT PROJECT PEGASUS’S TIME TRAVEL EXPERIMENTS SENT HIM BACK IN TIME TO GETTYSBURG USING TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPED FROM THE WORK OF NIKOLA TESLA.
Since 2004, Seattle attorney Andrew Basiago has claimed that, between the ages of seven and twelve, he participated in a secret US government program that worked on teleportation and time travel as part of a secret DARPA experiment. (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) called Project Pegasus, which was a precursor to the Montauk Project and the Philadelphia Experiment.
The program, which began in the 1970s, used children in its experiments because they could adapt well to “the tensions of moving between past, present and future.”
As one of those young people who travel back in time, Bosiago claimed to have visited Ford’s Theater five or six times on the night of President Abraham Lincoln’s assassination and was photographed at Gettysburg in 1863.
Basiago claims to have encountered eight different time travel technologies during the project, with most of them involving a teleporter based on technical documents allegedly discovered in pioneering mechanical engineer Nikola Tesla’s New York apartment after his death in January 1943.
The teleporter “consisted of two gray elliptical booms about eight feet high, about ten feet apart, between which a glowing curtain of what Tesla called ‘radiant energy’ was transmitted,” says Basiago. “Radiant energy is a form of energy that Tesla discovered is latent and pervasive in the universe and has among its properties the ability to bend space-time.”
Basiago said that each of his visits to the past was different, “as if they were sending us to slightly different alternate realities in adjacent timelines. As these visits began to pile up, I met twice during two different visits.”
Being sent back in time to the same time and place, but from different locations in the present, allowed two of them to be at Ford’s Theater at the same time in 1865.
“After the first of these two encounters with myself occurred, I was worried that my cover might be blown,” he recalled. “Unlike the jump to Gettysburg, in which I was holding a letter to Secretary of the Navy Gideon Welles to offer me help and assistance if I was arrested, I had no explanatory material when I was sent to Ford’s Theater.”
Basiago’s claims are supported by Alfred Webre, a lawyer who specializes in “exopolitics”, or the political implications surrounding an extraterrestrial presence on Earth.
According to Webre, teleportation and time travel have been around for 40 years, but have been guarded by the Department of Defense instead of being employed to transport products and services.
TIME TRAVELER FOR PRESIDENT
Andrew Basiago ran for president in 2016. “I have prior knowledge that not only will I be running for president,” the Democrat text said, “but also during one of the elections – which would have to be between 2016 and 2028, because I’m not going through that – I am elected president or vice president.”
A statement on Basiago’s campaign website said: “For 70 years, the US government has hidden advanced technologies because they may be socially, economically or technically disruptive in nature. These technologies include the teleportation technology developed by DARPA’s Project Pegasus.”
“They may also include cures for cancer. The government should initiate a program to declassify and implement this knowledge. The technical disclosure standard should be that which provides people with the ‘best available technology’. This will allow the United States to reclaim its mantle as a world catalyst for applied science.”
Bosiago did not become president, but his work as a youth during Project Pegasus provided him with intriguing insight into the race, as the CIA used technology to come up with a list of possible presidents.
“As for Hillary Clinton, I have no data,” Bosiago said in 2016. “I think it’s reasonable to infer that if she were a future president, there would be pre-identification of her. As for Trump, I have a vague recollection that my father paid special attention to Trump during an appearance by him on The Phil Donahue Show and may have even commented that he was a future president of the United States.
It seems that when Basiago’s initial electoral candidacy failed that year, space-time fractured and gave us the worst possible timeline. But we still have 8 more years to see the first chrononaut president take office. Fingers crossed.
