Former Head of Russian Space Agency Believes Aliens Exist and Can Study Humans Like Bacteria

Prior to his resignation as director general of the Russian space agency “ Roscosmos ”, Dmitry Rogozin stated that he thinks there may be sentient and technologically advanced extraterrestrial species out there. He suggested that aliens may be silently examining terrestrial cultures. He also revealed that Russian scientists are investigating UFO sightings.

Rogozin’s statement came days after NASA announced the imminent start of a 9-month program to study unidentified aerial phenomena. On June 11, 2022, Rogozin was  interviewed by Russia-24  where he said that aliens may be studying Earth’s civilizations while going unnoticed.

“If we talk about specific facts that maybe in the history of humanity on Earth there have been the so-called UFOs that NASA talks about, then I mean that these studies were and are being done in our Academy of Sciences. Data is being collected and verified,” Rogozin said during an interview with Russia-24 TV channel.

Rogozin further said: 

“Thousands of factors may have contributed to the emergence of life anywhere in the universe. Humanity’s ability to understand space is still restricted.”

“We know the ‘Big Bang’ theory, but what if this ‘Big Bang’ only occurred within a certain part of the universe that is visible to us?” asked the former head of Roscosmos, adding that “there could be other worlds… as well as countless factors that could contribute to the emergence of life, including an intelligent one.”

He noted that “atmospheric and other physical phenomena” were to blame for 99% of all claims, but he also thought that “we may be subject to some external observation… Rogozin, adding that he had already contacted NASA and received similar information.

“I spoke to NASA; they also support that we may be the object of external observation”, added the former director of Roscosmos.

He proposed that extraterrestrial life forms could have developed to a technical level that would allow them to study human civilization and our planet in the same way that people do with other species on Earth. “We can study bacteria, but we can also be studied like bacteria,” he concluded.

His remarks came as the topic of UFOs was being publicly discussed in the US, where sightings have increased since 2017. ”, or UAP, was made public at that time (UAPs are also commonly known as Unidentified Flying Objects, or UFOs).

Dmitry Rogozin was fired as general director of Roscosmos on July 15, 2022 and replaced by former Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Borisov. Nearly five months after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, considerable changes were made to the country’s key leadership positions. Borisov followed the same path for Roscosmos as Rogozin, which involved a promotion. Before being transferred to Roscosmos, the two were deputy prime ministers in charge of Russia’s space and defense industries.

Rogozin isn’t the only person who believes in alien life coexisting with humans. There are other intelligence chiefs and space agencies who share similar thoughts about alien life.
