Iraqi Minister Says: “Our Ancestors Came From Space 7,000 Years Ago”

The ancient astronaut theory offers us the idea that in the very distant past humans were influenced by a race of aliens that visited Earth.

Kazem Finjan, Iraq’s Minister of Transport, claimed that the ancient Sumerians built the first airports 7,000 years ago and launched spacecraft to explore other planets, such as the mythical planet Nibiru, also known as Planet X.

Mesopotamia, now south of Iraq, is considered the cradle of civilization, but according to Finjan, it was also the cradle of space exploration and even staged an ancient mission that discovered the dwarf planet Pluto.

Journalists were waiting for the Iraqi Transport Minister’s statements about Di Car airport, but according to the Arab news portal “The New Arab”, Finjan said that the world’s first airport was built 7,000 years ago in Iraq by the ancient Sumerians.

Finjan explained that the Sumerians were helped by visitors from other worlds with advanced technology to develop their space center on Earth.

During the press conference, the Iraqi Transport Minister mentioned Russian professor and Sumerian expert Samuel N. Kramer, who spoke of his understanding of the solar system. He also claimed that all angels were Sumerian.

“The first airport that was established on planet Earth was at this place,” Finjan told surprised reporters.

“Probably few people know this, the fact that it was the first airport built 5,000 years before Christ. I invite those who doubt to read the book by the great Sumerian historian Zecharia Sitchin, or the books by Samuel Kramer including “History begins in Sumeria”, which talks about the first airport built on planet Earth, and is located in Naciria.

“The peculiarity of this location is that it is still the safest place for planes to land and take off, due to the favorable weather conditions.”

“When the Sumerians settled on this earth, they were aware of this and specifically chose it for their flights to other planets.”

And the most shocking moment was when Finjan claimed that “ancient space travelers” discovered Nibiru, the legendary planet whose orbit passes close to Earth from time to time, causing serious catastrophes due to its gravitational pull.

Although no one in the audience questioned the minister, social media quickly filled with messages for and against Finjan’s statements.

There were those who said that the minister was incompetent to occupy such an important position, but there were also supporters of the ancient astronaut theory, who applauded the minister’s words.

Even popular ufologist Scott C. Waring wrote on his blog UFO Sightings Daily that the Sumerians had ancient extraterrestrial technology and this was proven by their stone carvings and depictions of flying machines.
